I move fast. Always have.
Whether it's a 400m sprint, a board meeting, or a 6am school drop-off — I like the pressure, and I love the people. I've spent my career chasing big ideas, and my evenings chasing four kids around the kitchen. It turns out the two skill sets overlap more than you'd think.
I started as a European champion sprinter, traded the track for a desk on Wall Street as an investment banker, then went west and never looked back. In Silicon Valley I built and exited two venture-backed companies, made angel bets on founders I believed in, and learned what it actually takes to scale a team across borders.
Today, through Levanon Consulting LLC, I work with founders, funds, and operators on the things that don't fit neatly in a deck — fundraising strategy, offshore team building, product positioning, and the messy human stuff in between.
Somewhere in there I also became a mom of four. It didn't slow me down — it sharpened everything. There's no better forcing function for clarity than a toddler who needs lunch in eight minutes.
I speak, I write, I invest, and I show up for women in tech because someone needs to keep the door propped open. If any of that resonates — let's talk.
